What is recorded here

Detached four-bay two-storey house, built c. 1800. Single-bay two-storey flat-roofed return, added c. 1970. Pitched slate roof with three rendered chimneystacks. Pebbledashed walls to first floor, rendered walls to ground floor with rendered plat bands. Timber sliding sash windows. Replacement timber panelled door with multiple pane sidelight. Rendered piers with wrought-iron gates to garden. Cut-stone stone piers set in rendered boundary walls with cast-iron gates.
