Freestanding gable-fronted double-height Roman Catholic church, built c. 1925, with five-bay side elevations, projecting sacristy to right and half-octagonal apse to rear. Pitched slate roof with cut-stone bellcote, gable copings and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with buttresses, cut-stone quoins and feathered copings. Render plat band to entrance front. Lancet openings with render block-and-start architraves and leaded glass. Pointed arch door opening with timber panelled double leaf doors. Rubble stone boundary walls to site with rendered gate piers and wrought-iron gates.
