Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, built c.1860, with two-bay two-storey return and attached single-bay single-storey outbuilding to rear. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cut-stone eaves course. Roughcast rendered walls. Segmental-arched door opening with timber panelled door, fanlight and sidelights. Timber sliding sash windows. Retaining interior features. Cast-iron piers with cast-iron gates and railings to site.
