Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1820, with two-bay single-storey extension to rear, c. 1985. Hipped slate roof with cut-stone chimneystacks. Rendered walls with render quoins and render surround to entrance door. Timber sliding sash windows with external shutter additions. Replacement timber panelled door. Detached four-bay single-storey outbuilding with half-dormer attic to site. Cut-stone piers having cast-iron gates and stile.
