Detached seven-bay two-storey vocational school, built 1935, to design (1934) by Patrick Joseph Sheahan (1893-1965) with recessed central three-bay block having stepped pediment and recessed porch to ground floor. Flat roof with parapet and pediment. Rendered walls with moulded architraves to ground floor and having lintel over first floor openings. Render panel with lettering between ground and first floors. Pediment over central tripartite opening to first floor. Timber half glazed double leaf doors flanked by sidelights. Timber sliding sash windows. Retaining interior features. Rendered boundary walls with wrought-iron gates and railings to site.
