Detached five-bay single- and two-storey former school, built c. 1875, comprising four-bay single-storey block with gabled porch and advanced gabled two-storey bay to left hand side. Four-bay two-storey extension added to rear, c. 1980. Now in use as community centre. Pitched slate roofs with cut-stone chimneystacks and gable copings with cross finials. Snecked limestone walls with cut-stone quoins. Chamfered stone sills and lintels to replacement windows, in tripartite arrangement to main block, and in bipartite arrangement to gabled bay and porch. Rubble stone boundary walls with cut-stone gate piers to site.
