Corner-sited detached three-bay two-storey market house with gabled central bay, built c. 1740. Half hipped slate roof. Exposed rubble stone walls. Round-headed openings to ground floor, formerly forming arcade, remodelled, c. 1920. Recessed timber matchboard double leaf door to central arch. Timber sliding sash windows to window openings, set in blocked former arches to ground floor. Former openings to side elevation now blocked. Attached single-bay single-storey segmental-headed carriage arch to left having cut-stone voussoirs. Rubble stone boundary wall to rear yard.
