Terraced single-bay three-storey house, built c. 1870. Renovated c. 1900, with timber shopfront inserted to ground floor. Dormer attic added, c. 1985. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack, decorative eaves course, cast-iron rainwater goods and rooflight. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with render quoins and architraves to upper floors. Timber shopfront comprising fluted pilasters flanking fixed window and timber panelled door with toplight, having fascia, lettering, fluted consoles and moulded cornice above. Timber sliding sash windows to upper floors.
