Detached three-storey house, built c. 1820. Hipped slate roof with pair of centrally placed red brick chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls. Timber panelled door with radial fanlight above. Timber sliding sash windows. Rear of house faces the street, entrance façade addresses the garden. Cut-stone gate piers with timber gates to site.
