Corner-sited end-of-terrace two-bay four-storey house, built c.1775, now also in use as retail outlet. Remains of eighteenth century stonework of former courthouse to gable wall. Courthouse demolished mid nineteenth century. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered and roughcast rendered walls. Timber sliding sash windows. Early twentieth- century shopfront to ground floor with fine quatrefoils in caps of pilasters.
