Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1925. The façade is finished in unpainted render whilst the pitched roof is slated and has a shared rendered chimneystack. The entrance consists of partly glazed timber door with plain rectangular fanlight. The flat-headed windows have two over two timber sash frames. To the front is a small garden, enclosed from the street by a rendered wall. The house is one of a long planned roadside terrace of largely identical properties.
