Terraced three-bay two-storey house built c.1870. The house is finished in unpainted lined render with moulded quoins. The panelled timber door is framed with pilasters with console brackets, a plain fanlight and is set within a semi-circular headed opening with a heavy moulded surround with keystone motif. The flat-headed window openings have two over two timber sash frames. The pitched roof is finished with artificial slate and uPVC rainwater goods and has rendered chimneystacks with corbelled caps and clay chimney pots; some original serrated clay ridge tiles. The house is road fronted and is set within an eight house planned terrace.
