What is recorded here

Detached four-bay single-storey house, constructed c.1910. The house is clad in corrugated-iron. The panelled door sits within a small projecting porch with a shallow gable. The window openings are all flat-headed with multiple-paned casement windows. The roof is pitched and slated and has cast-iron rainwater goods; the brick chimneystack has clay pots. The house is set back from the roadside behind a low rendered wall, square gate pillars and plain wrought-iron gate.
