What is recorded here

Semi-detached three-bay two-storey half dormer house, built c. 1870. The house is picturesque in style and is rendered with rusticated ground floor and roughcast to the first floor, moulded dressings to all openings. The panelled timber door has a plain fanlight and is set within a flat-headed opening. Window openings are segmental-headed and frames are all one over one timber sash. The pitched roof is finished with slate and extruded aluminium rainwater goods; chimneystacks are rendered and have corbelled caps and clay pots. The house is road fronted.
