What is recorded here

Detached three-bay two-storey former house built c.1850, now in use as a bookmakers shop. The building is finished in render. The replacement panelled front door is set within a flat-headed opening with a Gibbsian like surround. The window openings are flat-headed with replacement timber top-hung frames. The pitched roof is finished with natural slate and has cast-iron rainwater goods. Chimneystacks are rendered with corbelled caps and no pots. The building is road fronted.
