The window openings are flat-headed with two over two timber sash frames. The hipped roof is finished with natural slate and has cast-iron rainwater goods. Chimneystacks are rendered, some corbelled caps and all with clay pots. The building overlooks a small square at the junction of Belan, Edward and Mill Streets.
