Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1830. The building is finished in render. The replacement front door is set within a flat-headed opening. Window openings are also flat-headed with a two over two timber sash frame to the first floor and a similar but one over one frame to ground floor. The pitched roof is finished with artificial slate and has cast-iron rainwater goods. The chimneystack is rendered with a slightly corbelled cap and clay pots. The building is road fronted.
