Freestanding cast-iron water pump, c.1900, now disused. The pump comprises a cylindrical shaft with raised horizontal banding, fluted upper section with spout, fluted ogee-domed fluted cap with finial, and 'cow-tail' handle. The pump is set within a small area of concrete by the roadside.
