End-of-terrace four-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1840, one of a ‘stepped’ non-identical group of four. The façade is in painted plain render and the pitched roof slated, with rendered chimneystacks. The flat-headed windows have uPVC frames and painted stone sills whilst the off centre flat-headed entrance has a mainly glazed uPVC door. uPVC rainwater goods. Small garden to front bounded by a low rubble stone wall with rough stone coping. The property has a late 20th century extension to the rear.
