Terraced three-bay single-storey house, built c.1840, one of a ‘stepped’ group of four. The façade is in painted plain render and the pitched roof slated, together with a brick chimneystack. The flat-headed windows have been greatly enlarged and have uPVC frames and painted concrete sills whilst the central flat-headed entrance has a c.1980s half glazed uPVC door and stone step. uPVC rainwater goods. Small garden to front bounded by a low rendered wall with rough stone coping.
