Terraced three-bay single-storey house, built c.1840, one of a ‘stepped’ group of four. The façade is in painted roughcast and the pitched roof slated, together with a rendered chimneystack. The flat-headed windows have uPVC frames and painted stone sills whilst the off centre flat-headed entrance has a c.1980s panelled and glazed timber door and stone step. Cast iron rainwater goods. Small garden to front bounded by a low roughcast rendered wall with rough stone coping.
