End-of-terrace three-bay single-storey house, built c.1840, one of a ‘stepped’ group of four. The façade is in painted roughcast and the gable-ended pitched roof slated together with a rendered chimneystack. The flat-headed windows have timber sash frames and painted stone sills whilst the off centre flat-headed entrance has a c.1990s panelled and glazed painted timber door reached via stone steps. Cast iron rainwater goods. Small garden to front bounded by a low roughcast rendered wall with rough stone coping.
