The front panelled door is flanked by pilasters with console brackets which support a projecting cornice with a decorative fanlight; all is set within a segmental arch head with moulded surround. Window openings have moulded surrounds and are either segmental-arched or flat-headed with two over two timber sash frames. Ground floor windows to the north front are surmounted by plain block dressing and a fine projecting cornice. The hipped roof is finished with natural slate and cast-iron rainwater goods. Replacement chimneystacks have plain copestones with clay pots. The house is slightly set back behind a high replacement rendered wall with wrought-iron railings.
