Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, lichen-spotted rendered coping to gables with rendered red brick Running bond chimney stacks to apexes having corbelled stepped stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta tapered pots, rooflights to rear (east) pitch, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining some cast-iron octagonal or ogee hoppers and downpipes. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with rusticated rendered quoins to corners. Square-headed window openings centred on square-headed window opening originally in bipartite arrangement (ground floor) with concrete sills, and concealed dressings having bull nose-detailed reveals framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing six-over-six timber sash windows. Set back from road in landscaped grounds.
