Detached four-bay two-storey farmhouse, extant 1902, on an L-shaped plan off-centred on single-bay two-storey projecting bay; four-bay two-storey rear (south) elevation. Reroofed, ----. Replacement pitched artificial slate roof on an L-shaped plan off-centred on hipped artificial slate roof, ridge tiles, concrete coping to gables with cement rendered chimney stacks to apexes having precast concrete chamfered capping, and uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Roughcast battered walls bellcast over rendered plinth. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds perpendicular to road.
