Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks centred on red brick Running bond chimney stack having corbelled stepped capping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Fine roughcast battered walls. Hipped segmental-headed off-central door opening with concealed dressings framing replacement glazed aluminium door having sidelights below overlight. Square-headed window openings with lichen-spotted sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows having margins. Set back from road with rendered piers to perimeter having lichen-spotted precast concrete capping supporting timber double gates.
