Freestanding single-bay two-stage cylindrical windmill tower, extant 1656, on a circular plan originally single-bay three-stage[?]. In use, 1840. In ruins, 1903. Roof now missing. Coursed rubble stone walls with traces of lime rendered or roughcast surface finish. Square-headed opposing door openings with cut-granite step thresholds, and rough hewn rubble stone lintels with no fittings surviving. Square-headed "arrow loop" openings (upper stage) with rough hewn rubble stone lintels. Interior in ruins. Set back from line of road in landscaped grounds.
