Detached three-bay single-storey house with dormer attic, extant 1902, on an L-shaped plan with single-bay full-height gabled projecting end bay. Reroofed, ----. Replacement pitched artificial slate roof on an L-shaped plan with ridge tiles, cement rendered chimney stack having concrete capping supporting yellow terracotta octagonal pot, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves boards retaining cast-iron downpipes. Part repointed tuck pointed snecked "Old Red Sandstone" walls with cut-"Old Red Sandstone" flush quoins to corners. Triangular-headed central door opening with cut-"Old Red Sandstone" voussoirs framing replacement glazed timber boarded or tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Triangular-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and cut-"Old Red Sandstone" voussoirs framing two-over-two timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Road fronted.
