Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, extant 1866, on an L-shaped plan centred on single-bay single-storey gabled projecting glazed porch to ground floor; two-bay (south) or three-bay (north) two-storey side elevations. Refenestrated, 2002. Hipped slate roof on an L-shaped plan with clay ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having corbelled stepped capping supporting yellow terracotta octagonal pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining some cast-iron downpipes. Rendered walls on rendered chamfered plinth. Segmental-headed central door opening into farmhouse with cut-granite threshold, and timber doorcase with panelled pilasters supporting panelled frieze, and concealed dressings having concave reveals framing timber panelled double doors having fanlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing two-over-two timber sash windows. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Set in landscaped grounds.
