Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, extant 1922, on a rectangular plan. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having corbelled stepped chamfered capping, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Roughcast walls bellcast over rendered plinth. Hipped segmental-headed central door opening with timber mullions on concrete step threshold, and concealed dressings framing timber panelled door having sidelights below overlight. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set back from line of road in landscaped grounds with rendered piers to perimeter having chamfered capping supporting arrow head-detailed looped wrought iron gate.
