Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, built 1782, on an L-shaped plan; single-bay (south) or two-bay (north) two-storey side elevations. Hipped fibre-cement slate roof on an L-shaped plan with concrete ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks having concrete capping supporting terracotta pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on slightly overhanging timber boarded eaves. Roughcast walls bellcast over rendered plinth. Segmental-headed central door opening with step threshold, bull nose-detailed timber doorcase, and concealed dressings having concave reveals framing timber boarded double doors having fanlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing six-over-six (ground floor) or three-over-six (first floor) timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds with roughcast piers to perimeter having cut-granite shallow pyramidal capping supporting spear head-detailed cast-iron double gates.
