Detached three-bay single-storey farmhouse with half-dormer attic, extant 1903, on a T-shaped plan centred on single-bay single-storey gabled projecting porch. Refenestrated, ----. Pitched slate roofs including pitched (gabled) slate roof (porch) with clay or terracotta ridge tiles, rendered central chimney stack having stepped capping supporting terracotta pot, decorative timber bargeboards to gable (porch) with finial now missing, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Part creeper- or ivy-covered roughcast battered walls. Square-headed central window opening (porch) with lichen-spotted sill, and rendered "bas-relief" surround framing fixed-pane fitting. Set back from road in landscaped grounds with roughcast-panelled rendered piers to perimeter having truncated pyramidal capping supporting timber gate.
