Hipped slate roof with lichen-covered clay or terracotta ridge tiles, paired red brick Running bond central chimney stacks having stringcourses below corbelled stepped capping supporting yellow terracotta octagonal pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with rusticated rendered quoins to ends; slate hung surface finish to side (east) elevation. Segmental-headed central door opening into farmhouse with concealed dressings framing timber panelled door having fanlight. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings (ground floor) or moulded rendered surrounds (first floor) framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing one-over-one (ground floor) or two-over-two (first floor) timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds with roughcast-panelled rendered piers to perimeter having ball finial-topped stepped capping
