Detached three-bay single-storey split-level house with half-dormer attic, extant 1902, on a T-shaped plan centred on single-bay single-storey flat-roofed projecting porch. Now disused. Split-level pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, concrete or rendered coping to gables with rendered off-central chimney stack having rendered capping supporting terracotta pot, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes with cast-iron rainwater goods to rear (south) elevation on exposed timber rafters retaining cast-iron downpipes. Fine roughcast walls with rusticated rendered piers to corners; part creeper- or ivy-covered rendered surface finish to rear (south) elevation. Square-headed central door opening into house. Square-headed window openings with concrete or rendered sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Road fronted on a corner site with grass verge to front.
