Detached seven-bay two-storey farmhouse, built 1920, on a rectangular plan originally two separate three-bay two-storey houses centred on single-bay two-storey "bas-relief" breakfront. Sold, 1991. Hipped slate roofs with lichen-spotted ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks having stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered slate flagged eaves (south) or cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves (north) retaining cast-iron downpipes. Creeper- or ivy-covered roughcast battered walls; creeper- or ivy-covered rendered surface finish (breakfront) with "Cyma Recta"- or "Cyma Reversa"-detailed cornice. Paired lancet blind openings (breakfront) with slate sills, and concealed dressings with hood moulding framing rendered infill. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite or concrete sills, and concealed dressings with "Cyma Recta"- or "Cyma Reversa"-detailed hood mouldings framing one-over-one timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Set in landscaped grounds.
