Detached three-bay single-storey farmhouse with half-dormer attic, rebuilt 1848, on a cruciform plan centred on single-bay full-height gabled projecting breakfront; single-bay (two-bay deep) full-height double-pile central return (north). Occupied, 1911. Sold, 1966. Renovated, ----. Now disused. Pitched slate roof on a cruciform plan including gablets to window openings to half-dormer attic centred on pitched (gabled) slate roof (breakfront), clay ridge tiles, quatrefoil-detailed decorative timber bargeboards to gables with abbreviated timber finials to apexes, and no rainwater goods on decorative timber eaves boards on overhanging timber boarded eaves. Replacement cement rendered walls bellcast over rendered plinth. Set in unkempt landscaped grounds.
