Freestanding single-bay (single-bay deep) single-storey gable-fronted summerhouse, extant 1903, on a rectangular plan. Now in ruins. Pitched (gable-fronted) roof now missing with rubble limestone coping to gable to front (west) elevation. Part creeper- or ivy-covered stone-encrusted rendered wall to front (west) elevation on battered base with rubble limestone buttresses to corners; stone-encrusted rendered walls (remainder). "Venetian Window" to front (west) elevation with stone-encrusted rendered red brick block-and-start surround. Round-headed door opening (east) with stone-encrusted rendered red brick block-and-start surround. Interior in ruins with shell-encrusted walls. Set on wooded river bank in grounds originally shared with Tykillen House.
