Detached five-bay single-storey lobby entry farmhouse with half-dormer attic, extant 1840, on a T-shaped plan centred on single-bay single-storey flat-roofed projecting porch. Occupied, 1911. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles off-centred on red brick Running bond chimney stack having stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Roughcast walls bellcast over rendered plinth with rendered "bas-relief" strips to corners. Square-headed central door opening into farmhouse. Square-headed window openings with concrete or rendered sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Set in landscaped grounds with roughcast piers to perimeter supporting flat iron double gates.
