Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, dated 1917; extant 1922, on a T-shaped plan centred on single-bay single-storey flat-roofed projecting porch to ground floor; three-bay two-storey rear (north) elevation. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, lichen-spotted concrete coping to gables with red brick Running bond chimney stacks to apexes having corbelled stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered walls. Square-headed central window opening (ground floor) with iron-covered moulded rendered sill course, and concealed dressings framing fixed-pane timber fitting. Central door opening into farmhouse. Square-headed window openings including square-headed window openings to rear (north) elevation with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds with roughcast-panelled rendered piers to perimeter having shallow pyramidal capping supporting timber gate.
