Detached three-bay two-storey house, extant 1922, on a rectangular plan with single-bay two-storey side elevations; three-bay single-storey lean-to return along rear (east) elevation. Hipped slate roof extending into lean-to slate roof (east) with terracotta ridge tiles, paired red brick Running bond central chimney stacks having precast concrete capping supporting terracotta pots, rooflights to rear (east) pitch, and cast-iron rainwater goods on box eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Fine roughcast walls on rendered cushion course on rendered plinth with rusticated rendered quoins to corners. Hipped square-headed central door opening in segmental-headed recess with timber mullions on step threshold supporting timber transom, and rendered "bas-relief" surround framing timber panelled door having sidelights. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and rendered "bas-relief" surrounds framing one-over-one timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Set in landscaped grounds with wrought iron "estate railings" to forecourt.
