Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, paired red brick Running bond (east) or fine roughcast (west) central chimney stacks having stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing glazed timber door. Square-headed flanking window openings in bipartite arrangement with concrete or rendered sills sills, timber mullions, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed central window opening to rear (south) elevation with concrete or rendered sill, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash window having part exposed sash box. Set back from line of road in unkempt landscaped grounds with rendered panelled piers to perimeter having finial-topped chamfered capping supporting spear head-detailed looped wrought iron gate.
