Detached five-bay two-storey farmhouse with dormer attic, extant 1840, on a T-shaped plan with single-bay (two-bay deep) two-storey central return (east). Sold, 1859. Occupied, 1901; 1911. Reroofed, 1957. Refenestrated. 1997. Replacement pitched fibre-cement slate roof on a T-shaped plan centred on pitched slate roof (east) with clay ridge tiles, concrete or rendered coping to gables with red brick Running bond chimney stacks to apexes having corbelled stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Roughcast walls bellcast over rendered plinth with rusticated quoins to corners; slate hung surface finish (south). Segmental-headed central door opening with cut-granite threshold, and cut-granite block-and-start surround centred on keystone framing replacement glazed uPVC panelled door having fanlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and rendered "bas-relief" surrounds framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing six-over-six timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds.
