Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse with dormer attic, occupied 1901, on a T-shaped plan centred on single-bay single-storey gabled projecting porch to ground floor. Renovated, 1996. Replacement pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, concrete or rendered coping to gables, and no rainwater goods on box eaves retaining cast-iron octagonal or ogee hoppers and downpipes. Gritdashed roughcast battered wall to front (south) elevation bellcast over rendered plinth with rusticated rendered piers to ends; roughcast battered surface finish (remainder). Central door opening into farmhouse with glazed timber panelled double doors. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds.
