Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, built 1912, on a T-shaped plan with single-bay (single-bay deep) two-storey lower central return (south). Refenestrated, ----. Pitched slate roof on a T-shaped plan centred on hipped slate roof (south), perforated crested clay ridge tiles, coping to gables with rendered chimney stacks to apexes having stepped capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered, ruled and lined walls; slate hung surface finish to side (west) elevation. Round- or segmental-headed central door opening approached by two steps, rendered surround having concave reveals framing timber panelled door having fanlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings with hood mouldings on label stops framing replacement aluminium casement windows. Set in landscaped grounds.
