Renovated, ----. Hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having corbelled stepped stringcourses below capping supporting yellow terracotta octagonal pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on slightly overhanging eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered walls on rendered chamfered plinth. Hipped square-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing replacement glazed uPVC panelled door having sidelights below overlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings centred on keystone framing replacement uPVC casement windows. Set in landscaped grounds shared with Saint Patrick's Catholic Church.
