Hipped slate roof on a U-shaped plan with clay ridge tiles, paired red brick Running bond central chimney stacks on red brick Running bond bases having stringcourses below corbelled stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on exposed timber rafters retaining cast-iron downpipes. Roughcast walls on rendered chamfered plinth. Square-headed central door opening into farmhouse with concealed dressings framing glazed timber panelled double doors having sidelights on panelled risers below overlight. Camber-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds with roughcast piers to perimeter having shallow pyramidal capping supporting wrought iron double gates.
