Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse with dormer attic, extant 1839, on a rectangular plan. Burnt, 1980. Repaired, 1981. Replacement pitched artificial slate roof including gablets to window openings to dormer attic, ridge tiles, cement rendered chimney stacks having corbelled stepped stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, and uPVC rainwater goods on timber box eaves with cast-iron rainwater goods to rear (east) elevation on roughcast slate flagged eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered walls on rendered plinth; roughcast surface finish to rear (east) elevation. Segmental-headed central door opening approached by flight of three cut-granite steps with concealed dressings framing replacement timber panelled door having fanlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings to rear (east) elevation centred on segmental-headed window opening with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows centred on timber casement window having overlight. Set in landscaped grounds perpendicular to road with piers to perimeter having capping supporting wrought iron double gates.
