Detached three-bay two-storey farmhouse, extant 1853, on an L-shaped plan with single-bay (north) or two-bay (south) two-storey side elevations. Occupied, 1901; 1911. Refenestrated, ----. Hipped slate roof on an L-shaped plan with lichen-covered ridge tiles, grey brick Running bond chimney stacks on axis with ridge having stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered slate flagged eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rusticated surface finish to front (west) elevation with rusticated rendered quoins to corners; roughcast surface finish (remainder). Segmental-headed central door opening with cut-granite step threshold, and cut-granite surround centred on keystone framing replacement timber panelled door having fanlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and rusticated voussoirs framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing six-over-six (ground floor) or three-over-six (first floor) timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds with rendered piers to perimeter having shallow pyramidal capping.
