Terraced two-bay two-storey house, extant 1840, on a square plan. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack (west) having paired stringcourses below capping, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron octagonal or ogee hopper and downpipe. Rendered walls on rendered plinth. Square-headed window openings (ground floor) with drag edged dragged cut-limestone sills, and rendered surrounds with "Cyma Recta"- or "Cyma Reversa"-detailed hood mouldings framing six-over-six timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings (first floor) with drag edged dragged cut-limestone sills, and concealed dressings framing three-over-six timber sash windows. Road fronted.
