Terraced two-bay two-storey house, extant 1840, on a square plan with shopfront to ground floor. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron octagonal or ogee hopper and downpipe. Rendered walls on rendered plinth. Shopfront (ground floor) on a symmetrical plan centred on timber panelled double doors having overlight. Square-headed window openings (first floor) with drag edged dragged cut-limestone sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-four timber sash windows. Road fronted.
